Interstate Electrical Taps Michael Pucillo to Drive the Company’s Energy Services Initiative
Interstate Electrical Services Corporation is pleased to announce that Michael Pucillo has joined Interstate as the new Director of Energy Services. In this position, Mike will spearhead the company’s efforts to develop and deliver a portfolio of new energy related services designed to help companies conserve energy and save money.
Mike has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry in both product and service sales and marketing. He has successfully specialized in the lighting and energy conservation throughout his career. Mike spent many years with OSRAM Sylvania in a variety of account management positions for the consumer products and industrial/commercial channels. He spent the last eight years in various positions with Yusen Associates a sales organization focused on sales and marketing for the electrical industry. Most recently, Mike was the Director, Supply & Energy Group and in this position successfully led a vertical sales and marketing team to sustained growth in a challenging economy.

Mike’s expertise and understanding of the technologies and how best to apply them combined with his ability to communicate in terms that can be understood by members of management at all levels will be key to the success of this new business unit. Over the past 24 months the company has won several energy related projects – from basic lighting retrofits to photovoltaic and geothermal system installations to electric vehicle charging station installations. Mike will provide the focus and leadership necessary to take these isolated projects and turn them into a profitable business for the company.”
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and he is a member of the USGBC (US Green Building Council), AESP (Association of Energy Service Professionals and AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) and is currently pursuing other industry certifications.
