Interstate Network Project Briefs:
Harvard Business School

On this project the Interstate network services team furnished and installed the campus wide fiber optic and conduit backbone consisting of over 6000 ft of 4” conduit, 14,000 ft of 72/72/24 fiber optic cable and 49,000 ft of 1.25 “ innerduct.
Interstate acted as the general contractor and was responsible for structural modifications such as concrete coring, cutting and finish repair and painting.
Brandeis University
Waltham MA
Interstate installed and maintains the underground copper and fiber optic cable network infrastructure. Individual contract jobs have included installation of large pair copper cable and splices, fiber optic cable installation and splicing – both fusion and mechanical.
Interstate has also been called by the University to respond to several emergency repair calls often working around the clock to bring the campus network back online.

Waltham, MA
Interstate furnished and installed the entire voice and data cable infrastructure (CAT 5E voice/data) to over 3000 locations. A combination of fiber optic and copper riser cabling was in stalled between 12 IDF locations with underground feeds to the CUP facilities.
